When does support turn to sin
Assalam alaykum sheikh, recently my dear friend of 10 years came out to me as bisexual. They expressed how much of a struggle it was and how they felt as though they could confide in me as we are close (and they haven't told anyone else). At the time I felt as though hearing them, listening to their struggle and comforting them outweighed any other thoughts of "guiding" them or telling them otherwise as I felt as though that would push them a way and possibly hurt them badly. What was I supposed to do in that situation
