What do I do if I make a mistake in Salah? Do i have to repeat it or not?

Assalamualaikum sheikh I have a question sometimes when I'm praying I sometimes forget which rukkah I'm on or when I go down to the floor for sujood twice for one rukkah I sometimes forget if I did it two times or no so what do I do In this situation do i have to repeat the Salah or not?
