We all know allah forgives us if we beg for it.But what that person is a rapist or murderer and the victim didn't forgive him but he asked allah for forgivness.will allah forgive him?Then what about the oppression that victim faced?

Islam teaches us that there are rights of Allah (حقوق الله) and rights of people (حقوق العباد). Allah can forgive whatever is between you and Him when you sincerely repent. But if you hurt another person, you can't just say, "I made tawbah, so we're good." Their rights still matter and justice still remains. For example, if someone murders another person and then genuinely repents, Allah can forgive them. But the victim's family still has their rights under Islamic law, including retribution, compensation, or forgiveness (Qur'an 2:178). There are certain exceptions where repenting before being caught changes the legal punishment, such as the specific case of hirabah(armed robbery and terrorizing people) mentioned in Qur'an 5:33–34, but that's not a blanket rule for every crime. The Prophet ﷺ told us something incredible: two people can enter Jannah even though one of them killed the other. The victim enters Jannah, and later the killer sincerely repents, is guided by Allah, and enters Jannah too (Sahih Muslim 1890). That's the balance Islam gives us: Allah's mercy for the sinner never means injustice for the victim. Allah can forgive you, while still making sure the person you hurt gets every bit of justice they deserve, in this life and in the next.
