Using Cinematic Orchestral and Choir Sounds in My Work
Assalamu alaikum Shaykh,
I would like to ask for a fatwa regarding music and sound design in my work.
I do cinematography and run a clothing brand. In my work, I want to create high-quality cinematic videos, especially luxury fashion films.
I am referring specifically to sounds like the orchestral strings and choir sounds used in this video:

These sounds create a grand, powerful, emotional atmosphere when revealing a landscape or showing a product. They make a big difference to the quality and impact of my videos.
I want to follow Islam correctly, so I need to understand whether using these orchestral and choir sounds is permissible. If they are not permissible, can I use sound effects such as wind, deep atmospheric sounds, echoes, and cinematic whooshes instead?
My concern is that if I can only use normal sound effects, it may limit the cinematic quality and creative expression of my work.
Does the fact that this is for my work make any difference to the ruling? Are there permissible alternatives that can achieve a similar effect?
