Udhiyah
With Eid ul Adha approaching, many families fulfill their Udhiyah/Qurbani overseas. If an animal is slaughtered in a timezone ahead of mine—where the 10th of Dhul Hijjah has begun there, but I have not yet performed my local Eid prayer—is the Udhiyah valid?
While I can request to slaughter the animal on the second day of Eid to be safe, what happens if circumstances out of my control lead to it being slaughtered on Day 1? In that specific scenario, would the sacrifice still be considered Islamically valid?
