Struggling with self control.
Assalamu alaikum sheikh I am a 18 year old boy who has been losing control over since 16 year old. At that time some of my friends were talking about p*rnography and I accidentally hard about it and learn about those things and since then the lust has been taking over on me and I have always tried to keep myself under control. But couldn't do it and had to go through all those works. I always try to control myself and I did almost succeed on doing it but after being away from those things for like a month or 2 i Still lose control over myself and again get addicted to it which takes me like 3 to 4 months to get away from. So now what can I do to take this lust away from me? I have did everything I could think of. I dont know if youll see my question or not but i hope youll respond to it. Assalamu Alaikum

I have been in the same position, in this generation I think it's offeten that young people like us will go through those situations, but the importance is we recognize and repent, I wanna go to hajj and seek redemption and forgive from my Allah there, dream big like me you will find yourself come more into sense.
