Concern about oppressing women in the name of Islam

Assalamu Alaikum. If anyone from Team Shaykh Rassoul reads this, please convey my message to him. I've been thinking about this for a long time. In countries like Bangladesh, Pakistan and Afghanistan, SOME scholars justify serious forms of oppression in the name of religion. Women are denied education, forced into child marriage, pressured to have many children, and expected to endure poverty and suffering without protesting or having a say in their own lives. Even after rape or murder, women are often blamed instead of receiving justice. In our societies, women seem to bear so much of this violence and oppression. I've noticed that some scholars in these countries refuse to accept fatwas or interpretations from scholars in Western countries, dismissing them as Western-influenced and not "pure Islam." Meanwhile, many Western scholars seem to approach these sensitive issues with more compassion and without attacking or intimidating people. I understand that scholars can disagree and that different madhhabs exist. But shouldn't there be serious discussions between them? I genuinely wish muftis from different countries would form a common board where these cases could be studied carefully and fatwas could be issued after proper discussion and research. I believe this could help reduce the oppression women face. When serious injustice is justified in the name of religion, people can grow fearful of the religion itself. I really hope Shaykh Rassoul and other scholars can address this issue.
