Parental disagreement
Asalamualaykum Shaykh, i am talking to someone with the intention of marriage, and we met and started talking very recently, i mentioned her to my father and when he heard she was sudanese he immediately shut it down and forbid it, i don’t know much of her character yet but she seems very strong in deen from the time we have talked as well as in mannerisms, but my father just moved past it, how would i navigate this?
