Nikkah query

Assalamu Alaikum. I have a question regarding the validity of Nikah according to Hanafi fiqh. If an adult man and woman are alone on a WhatsApp or Instagram audio call and exchange the words of Nikah (Ijab and Qabool), clearly hearing and understanding each other, but no witnesses are physically present with either of them, would their Nikah be valid? Additionally, if they are only afraid that an employee of WhatsApp or Instagram might have listened to their call, but have no evidence that anyone actually heard it, could such an employee be considered a witness according to Islamic law? Please clarify the Islamic ruling regarding this situation and whether the Nikah would be considered valid or invalid. JazakAllah Khair.
