My friend died

Hello shaykh rasoul, i have a question and i really hope you answer it, my friend died 2 months and inshallah im going to do umrah in 30 july, and i wanna do it for his soul i mean i wanna do the niyya to do this umrah for his soul so he can also get good deeds, but this is the first time i ever do umrah, and ive asked a lot of people, and some of them say it’s completely fine to do it even though its your first time, and the others said that i cant do the niyya of doing umrah for his soul because its the first i ever do umrah, but second time i do umrah, i can do the niyya, can you please tell me the answer and what can i do please and may allah reward you with goodness 🤍
