Men going to far by test a practicing Muslim

I think we need to talk more openly about how far men should go when “testing” women before marriage. Getting to know someone’s character is one thing. Deliberately provoking her, questioning her faith or loyalty, using hurtful accusations, or saying words that displease Allah is another. A practicing Muslim woman should not be subjected to endless emotional tests to prove her character. If marriage is meant to be built on trust, mercy, honesty, and good character, then the way we test people should reflect those same values
