Marriage Related

I love a guy who doesn’t love me back and has no feelings for me but I want to marry him. I am not yet sufficiently educated to meet his mother’s expectations and she wants him to marry someone else, so he has started looking for a spouse. Can I still make dua for him to be my naseeb even though he is actively looking for matches, can my dua change the qadar of both of us and make him my naseeb even if he has started marriage talks with someone else already?
