Making halal matters haram

Assalamualaikum Syaikh, I am a girl (late teens age) and seldom being shirtless in the house either because of the heat or my shirt get a najis on it (I have cats) and I don't pick a new shirt because it's about bed time. But my mom keeps saying it's haram even though there's only my BIOLOGICAL dad in the house and harass me about it, like opening all the doors and windows widely so anyone outside can see, even more she called neighbor's son (in his twenties) so he'll looked into our house and could see me. Who's in the wrong? Please answer me and thank you 🙏🏻
