Is this zina?

Hello Sheikh, I'm sorry if this question comes as inappropriate or disturbing, but i need an answer. Im 16 and have sexual desires as you know. So, after a shower, i saw my female housemaid next to my room and went up to her trying to let her touch my penis and do stuff with it. So she gave in and we did stuff together, she put my penis in her mouth and I touched her breasts and vagina but thats it. We didnt have sex. I feel extremely regretful for this and wish i never did it. Im willing to do whatever to be forgiven, but i dont know how im supposed to enter Jannah after what I've done. And I dont want to be put in hellfire. Im really scared and don’t know if I committed zina. Firstly, can i be forgiven, and secondly, how can i recieve forgiveness.
