I got into bad habits at a young age and always missed my salah what do I do

Salam Sheikh, I'm still young but in the past few years I got into some very bad habits and I never kept myself clean and I never prayed unless it was jummah sometimes. I regret all of this now that I was thinking I want to change myself fully but I have a feeling that from what I did I might be cooked in the after life but could I get advice, would Allah forgive me if I repent?
