How do I deal with Self-Hatred and Self Negativity? What is the Best way to ask Allah SWT for forgiveness? How do I make sure I don't miss Salah?

I often spoke negatively about myself and I always hated myself for being alive while the others died in front of me (i.e. survivors guilt). I also missed a couple of Namaz and I always wanted a biggest and the bestest way to ask Allah SWT forgiveness.
