How Can the last person Enter Jannah Without Performing Salah

I’ve heard that in Islam, a person who doesnt perform obligatory prayers is considered a non-Muslim. However, I’ve also heard that the person who will be the last to enter Jannah (Paradise) will be someone who knows nothing except the Kalima. So, if that person never performed any Salah (prayer), how did he enter Jannah?
