From what I know. Alcohol in a parfume isn't pure ethanol like in the drinks but it's a denat alcohol and the alcohol is going to Evaporate in the air while the remaining will stuck on the skin and the skin has protective layers so the amount of alcohol that can penetrate your skin into your blood is too little almost 0.
