Assalamualaikum Sheikh
Sheikh would it be considered Haram to try to (respectfully) educate my parents on Deen? I'm born in a Muslim family but my parents don't follow everything properly they just follow what they see as useful to them and it gets on my nerves. They mix culture with Deen and when I try to make them tell the two apart they just yell at me to respect them since it's a part of Islam. Which I have never used disrespectful language towards them. I'd really appreciate an answer, I'm only a 16 year old and I'm trying to understand Islam for what it is not for what everyone trys to tell me it is. Thank you.
