Assalamu'alaikum warrahmatullahi wabarakatuh
I'm going to go to a hospitality school and there I'm going to learn how to cook and because they also teach western cooking technique and some of it use alcohol and I'm aware if I want to go to work in a cruise ship there's a chance that I must cook using alcohol and because it's Haram. What should I do? (Sorry if my question is too long-winded)
