About adhan for humans who have just been born and humans who will be buried

Assalamualaikum Sheikh, In Indonesia, there is a tradition where the call to prayer is recited upon birth and upon death. Is this permissible? Did the Prophets and Messengers ever do this? Thank you, Sheikh. Wa'alaikumsalam warahmatullahi wabarakatuh.
